Shipping policy
ISLA TIDE's orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, via Australia Post.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (except for PRE-ORDERS which will be sent as soon as possible once we have received them. Estimated dates can be found on the product's page).
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Australia Delivery (Domestic):
- Standard: $9.95 AUD, 3–5 business days
- Standard (orders over AUD$100): FREE, 3–5 business days
- Express: $13.95 AUD, 1–3 business days
Note delivery may be a few days later for regional and remote areas.

International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders & Duties: For international orders, estimated duties and import taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. The amount is calculated based on your order value, destination country, and product type.
Pre-orders: Pre-order items will be dispatched on the estimated date noted on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped together unless you contact us to arrange otherwise.
Ireland Delivery:
International Standard and International Express options at the checkout. Tracking included.
