ISLA TIDE's orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, via Australia Post.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (except for PRE-ORDERS which will be sent as soon as possible once we have received them. Estimated dates can be found on the product's page).
Australia Delivery:
- Standard: $9.95 AUD, 3–5 business days
- Standard (orders over AUD$100): FREE, 3–5 business days
- Express: $13.95 AUD, 1–3 business days
Note delivery may be a few days later for regional and remote areas.

For tracking information, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders & Duties:
For international orders, estimated duties and import taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. The amount is calculated based on your order value, destination country, and product type.
